Transition to the Crompt Credit-Based System – Effective October 2025

We've upgraded our usage model and moved entirely to a credit-based system. Instead of tracking different types of queries separately, all activities—whether text queries, image requests, or reader queries—are now measured in credits.

What does this mean for you?

  • Every action you take in Crompt is converted into credits.
  • You can use your credits flexibly across different features (text, images, reader, etc.).
  • No need to juggle multiple usage categories—everything is unified under one system.

Super advanced models: access, limits & fair usage

  • Super Advanced Models are included as special bonus features, designed for occasional high-impact use. Since Claude 4.1 Opus runs with exceptional complexity and costs, it’s set to one use per day—more than enough for most users to experience its full value without affecting their regular workflow. Availability may vary as these models evolve.
  • To maintain fair use and ensure consistent, high-quality responses for all users, advanced credits in Unlimited plans are capped at 1,500 per month and 18,000 per year for monthly and yearly subscriptions, respectively. Once these limits are reached, request capacity or response quality may be temporarily adjusted. Credits automatically reset at the start of each new month, year, or billing cycle, depending on the subscribed plan.

Why this change?

  • To make usage simpler, transparent, and predictable.
  • To give you better control over how you allocate your resources.
  • To help you plan and optimize your usage without guesswork.

With this credit based approach, you'll always know where your usage stands and how to maximize the value from your credits.
