Crompt AI offers weekly and monthly subscription plans, which automatically renew unless canceled by you before the renewal date. Subscription fees are charged in advance through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on the platform from which you downloaded the App. Pricing and available subscription plans are displayed in the App, inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), and may vary by region or currency.
All payments for subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms, including any applicable taxes or fees. You must provide a valid payment method and authorize the relevant app store to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Payments are subject to the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and other applicable Indian regulations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or web account, depending on how you originally subscribed. If a subscription is canceled through the web platform, it will also be reflected and canceled in the corresponding App Store or Play Store account, and vice versa.Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until that time.
Please note, Crompt AI does not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, as it is a digital platform providing instant access to multiple AI models and tools.
Refunds, if applicable under exceptional cases governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any applicable law, will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your account based on standard banking timelines.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or availability at any time, subject to providing notice as required under Indian consumer protection laws. We will notify you of material changes to your subscription plan through the App or by email. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription as described above. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated subscription terms.
Except as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
